We are seeking a motivated and dynamic experienced Graphic Designer to join our team who has had 5+ years experience in this field.
The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented designer with over 5 years of professional experience in developing impactful visual content across presentation, print, digital, and branding platforms.
You excel at transforming ideas into visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and connect with target audiences.
You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), have a strong understanding of typography and layout, and are skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
You thrive in collaborative environments, able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and consistently delivering high-quality, impactful design solutions. A passion for design trends, user experience, and continuous innovation is essential.
Key responsibilities
- Design pitch presentations and training workshop materials
- Design workbooks, social media graphics and promotional materials
- Create videos, edit videos and add video subtitles
- Internal document design
- Website management
- Discover new technologies
- Report weekly design hours
- Familiar with Articulate 360 and create e-learning courses
- Familiar with e-learning LMS platforms; experience with VEED video tools and Canva is a plus
Personal skills
- Strong communication: Ability to clearly articulate design ideas, present concepts to stakeholders, and provide and receive constructive feedback throughout the creative process.
- Team collaboration: Skilled at working closely with cross-functional teams—including coaching, marketing, content, and shipping teams—to bring projects from concept to completion while ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Customer-centric mindset: Focused on understanding client needs and user perspectives to create designs that not only meet aesthetic standards but also enhance user experience and drive engagement.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is desirable.
