Position overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will work within the Project Management team and collaborate with our Account Managers to drive the success of large-scale L&D programs. Your leadership will ensure projects run smoothly, timelines are met, and customer expectations are exceeded.
Key responsibilities:
• Project management: Lead and oversee large-scale programs, from planning through to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Process design & optimisation: Create efficient processes for Account and Project Managers, ensuring seamless project flow and consistent quality delivery.
• Programme & diary management: Coordinate schedules, coach placements, and maintain overall programme timelines.
• OTD compliance: Utilise the OTD360 platform to track project progress, ensuring that timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met on time and in full.
• Quality & risk management: Proactively monitor project quality, address potential risks, and maintain the highest standards across all deliverables.
• Support account managers: Assist account managers with streamlining project processes, ensuring timely execution and customer satisfaction. On occasion, take full ownership of customer accounts and manage projects end-to-end.
• Reporting & documentation: Maintain precise project documentation and provide regular updates to customers, internal teams, and senior leadership.
Key qualifications:
• Proven success in project management, particularly in customer-facing roles, preferably in learning and development and/or with a background in pharmaceutical/life sciences industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex project details and updates to diverse audiences.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects without compromising on quality.
• Analytical mindset with a knack for identifying risks and proactively solving problems using data-driven insights.
• Relevant qualifications in project management, e. g PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications is a requirement.
• Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and project coordination.
