The company achieved 72nd place in the Top 100 Inclusive UK Employers Index 2025, which recognises organisations that demonstrate a strong commitment to fairness, respect, equality, diversity, inclusion and engagement.
OTD is a new entrant to the index, having been awarded Investors in Diversity (IiD) Silver accreditation earlier this year. The recognition reflects its continued focus on embedding equity, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) at every level of the business.
Lian Bemrose, culture and compliance manager at OTD, said: “Being recognised as one of the UK’s top 100 inclusive employers is a significant achievement and a powerful endorsement of the work we are doing to embed ED&I across OTD.
“Inclusion is not a standalone initiative for us, it’s integral to how we develop our people, work with our customers and partners, and support our wider communities. While we are incredibly proud of this accolade, we see it as part of an ongoing journey and remain focused on listening, learning and taking intentional action to create lasting, positive change.”
Solat Chaudhry, chief executive at the National Centre for Diversity, added: “I send my warmest congratulations to OTD on successfully reaching number 72 in the Top 100 Most Inclusive UK Employers Index 2025.
"The inspiring organisations that make the Top 100 demonstrate excellent levels of employee retention and recruitment and clearly demonstrate how they value and respect the people that work for them.
“What better than to be recognised by peers and those travelling in the same direction towards the common goal of Fairness in the workplace. It is hugely motivational.”
OTD has developed and launched a bespoke Inclusive Facilitation training programme for its coaching community and has secured City & Guilds Assured status for its ED&I Foundations programme.
To date, nearly 100 core team members and associate coaches have been trained in inclusive practices. The training builds understanding of ED&I principles and supports their practical application in the workplace and beyond.
The company is also a sponsor of the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce Black Business Collective, where OTD co-founder Chris Cummins is an elected committee member.
In addition, OTD holds Investors in People (IIP) Platinum status – the highest level of accreditation, achieved by only a select number of IIP’s 15,000 global members – further underlining the organisation’s commitment to exceptional people management and organisational development.
