Emmanuella Ogbonna and Alex Eaton joined OTD as Senior Customer Project Managers earlier this year, bringing extensive experience managing complex programmes across multiple sectors. This strategic investment in new, specialist roles, ensures our customers continue to receive the highest standard of support as they navigate critical projects.
The appointments build on our established global account management team and reinforce our commitment to delivering a seamless, structured customer journey.
The move also reflects OTD’s ongoing dedication to providing tailored solutions to national and international customers. Our involvement in global initiatives continues to grow, frequently supporting multi-million-pound product launches and complex international rollouts, particularly in industries such as life sciences.
